She continues to write as a way to manage her emotional self, and recognizes the values creative writing can provide individuals. In a country where there is minimal assistance with mental health, Jueda recognizes how writing can serve as a form of therapy. Jueda Coku is passionate about writing and has been loving it since a very young age. Jueda will share her experience of how writing can help anyone’s mental health.
